upon arriving to our room it was less than "clean" by any means. We couldn't find a clock, didnt get our bed made, or clean sheets the entire trip. When our toilet was clogging we told the person at the front desk, that morning on our way out and figured it would be finished that day. However, when we got back @10:30pm it was not fixed and we had to call and go to the front desk several times before anyone came to fix it. The cook came up and was very helpful as much as he could be. We waited until 11:15pm for him to come back to fix it, he said the front desk lady had to go get the plunger from her house because they didnt know where it was and couldnt find the maintence person. He took our only clean towel to wrap the plunger up, and then took another 30
min to get us new towels because he had to find them. We thought there would be more people on staff in a hotel on a Saturday evening to accomodate any situations that would arise. It was 12:15am before the situation was taken care of. We did get a call from someone on Monday saying they had heard of the situation and would upgrade us to a different room. We did do that only to hopefully get new clean towels and maybe a cleaner room. No one even came into our room any day when we were away to give us clean towels, pick up our wet towels, or see if we wanted our sheets changed. We left the signs out in the door so that they would be visable to whoever was cleaning but were still there when we got back and the room was untouched. The sink, toilet, shower, and bed were not cleaned or vaccumed the entire stay. We were very disappointed to say the least. For 100.00 per night we were expecting at the least cleanliness.
