I highly recommend Villa Florentine. You will be immersed in the aesthetics and romance of the Old World, yet this sparkling clean and gloriously decorated hotel is quietly removed from the crowd, atop a hill, with spectacular views of the city rooftops. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and wonderful service. Our room was elegant and the bath was large and beautiful. We lounged on our private terrace or by the infinity pool. We dined at the terrace restaurant - a gastronomic delight, or ventured into town for wonderful pastries or exotic meals. We walked the narrow cobblestone streets of Lyon and bought beautiful soaps and linens and wine. Tres romantique!!!
