Like one other customer that commented, I think the business practices of this hotel are shady. When you check in, you are asked to initial a couple places and sign to check in. If you don't pay attention and read what your initialing, you can get an extra charge. They place a "safe charge" on your room for the safe (for storing valuables) in your room. It is YOUR obligation to tell them whey you check out that you DID NOT use the same in order to get the charge removed. This seems backwards to me and I'm quite certain that many patrons unknowingly pay the charge if they don't carefully check their bill. Buyer beware!
