The Inkeeps are friendly and the WI seems only to attract friendly folks. Fantastic setting, beautiful porches, comfortable rooms (ingeniously placed toilet paper). The Washington Inn is an absolute steal during racing season. Those who want a Sheraton with pool etc.--go there! We'll keep this "Small hotel"--if you know the song, you've got the right place.
