Whoever rated this hotel at a 4 must have lost their mind! Or didn't walk into the rooms..... 3 at the very best. And a 1 for how dirty it is..... It is very nasty! The carpet is so dirty that my Grandsons feet are black! Shoes for the rest of the stay is a MUST! I had to buy bleach to scrub the bathtub before I would bath him.... We are on a family trip so we booked a suite and a king. Requested non smoking for both. Although the signs are on the door you can smell it and there are burn spots along the bathroom counter. Very diapointed and grossed out..... The outside of the place looks kept for the most part and the furniture is not bad. One would think the manager would keep it clean. It's not like I am looking to complain. This is the first bad review I have ever written. It is that I try to stay in a 4 or 5 rated place. And that is what was paid for. We take this trip every year and even if I have to use cash instead of rewards I will not stay here again... Hope this review helps......
