Liked: location for ABFF event
Disliked: Not what I expected for $289 a night......-Front desk service at check in (the woman kept answering the phone while my party waited 10 minutes) -had to request adequate towels and washclothes for my room every day -left my charger in the room after check out and no one returned my call as I requested to have the charger given to a friend before she checked out the next day -the massuese that was recommended by Sam(front desk person) gave the worst massage I ever had in my life, for $120.00 an hour -rooftop pool area was unkept and phones to order food did not work properly.
I Will never stay at this hotel again, will rather pay $600 plus for Sofitel or $100 for Best Western.
