highly over rated hotel

The Hotel is located in a housing area, which is good. While we stayed at the Le Parc we had construction work going on right above us starting at 8:00 a.m, it went on all day. Our room was vacuumed once in a 10 day stay. There was no bath ropes, as they advertise, and the maids did not clean the microwave once. they were very short on supplies, i.e. soap, shampoo etc. DVD's are advertised for free use. well, they didn't have the DVD's they advertise. the fireplave didn't work. The fire alarm went of several times in the middle of the night. This Hotel is highly overrated, and I will not stay there again. There is better Hotel's for a cheaper price. Oh, and the doors didn't work. stuff had to let us into our room because there was a proplem with the card locks. we had no choice to move to another Hotel because our stay was a past surgery stay.
