Have stayed in Ancasa 2 weeks ago for 4 days & 3 nights. What a sooo unfriendly front desk staff when we checked-in. They are not even smiling. Almost all of them - the hotel staff. The bathroom was not in good condition so we have to move to another room.
When my friend left her shirt & jogging pants in the room earlier assigned to us, we have to follow up day in and night until it was given back only the day we checked out. At same time, our KL tour guide was having a verbal bout with one of the service staff because he just left our baggages in the front door & did not manage to assist us loading everything in the car. Our tour guide told us that the man was waiting for a tip. And you call that Ancasa service?! And PLEASE Ancasa management, provide a different menu on your breakfast station. Everyday, it's almost the same. The only plus factor of Ancasa is their location. Just walking distance to Chinatown and nearby shopping & dining destinations in KL. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends visiting KL. Never.
