I rarely write reviews.
Location is bad, lots of people walking by at night, very loud and street sweeper going by several times very eraly AM, if you used to sleep in the house you will go to bed late and wake up earlier then you want to.
Service, sort of trying, but personality sucks. Upon check in, Manager advised BTW, hot tub is not working. OK. After checking out, speaking on the phone he mentioned "If you asked, I will walk you across the street to the working hot tub". Yep. You should be pro-active and if you visiting double check if other hot tub is working. Hi Hi.
Well, no more business for them at least from our group.
Place is very small, no private territory too.
Speaking of pets, they say "pets friendly" then after check out, when everybody left add $30.
On a bright side when no hot water AM, manager fixed it relatively fast and when we planned to use shared BBQ, he moved it and cleaned it. Thanks for that!
Regarding check-in, part of our group came very early, at 11AM, and it is probably why all other things happened. Please do not show up earlier then 4PM, otherwise manager will be mad. He did checked us in around 1:30PM but promissed from now on, all clients will be checked in at 4PM. We did felt very special.
