Unacceptable difficulty with front office

I've never written a review before until this experience compelled me to speak out. I actually got into a verbal altercation with the owner -- she made ridiculous accusations about our group and our visitors to the point that we left early on our accord. I've never in my life been treated by a business owner this way. Not to mention the rooms are dirty and our room was thick with lingering smoke. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice in the inn selection but you get what you pay for. Even if you're desperate, I strongly urge you to not stay here. There is no excuse for treating customers this way. Please tell your local Rosemead family members to avoid this place.
