I loved the staff. Every opportunity that the staff had they took advantage of to greet us and help us (including the Hotel Mascots). We walked to many parts of town and if certtain areas were not within walking distance we would catch the bus/trolley or the BART. At the end of our site seeing journeys we would come back to the hotel and we felt as if we were returning home. The suite was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. We LOVED it. I can't wait to return.
