Upon getting in I was made to wait for two hours to find a room despite I had confirmation number and had booked more than 6 weeks in advance. Booked a luxury room 43sq meter with balcony and then switched me to a smaller room half the size, no balcony. When booking, the agent told me that the cost of the room is 800AED and when I checked out it turned out that the room rate was 1250AED and I was forced to pay. This is 50% more than I agreed at booking time. Their normal practice is that they announce promotion and when you arrive they say that was a promotion that expired.
The pool was closed for two days because they had some function that they wanted some VIPs to walk around the pool and take their pictures.
The best advice is go somewhere else because these guys are out there to screw you out by practicing baite and switch tactics.
