Hotel OK but Gym a Joke

If you want to be close to shopping and the downtown the hotel puts you right there. The room is adequate but very small. No coffee in the room.
If getting exercise is important to you forget it though. The gym is tiny with one each of treadmill (which was broken), stationary bike, elliptical, rowing machine and multi-gym. Two people can't be on the elliptical and using the multi-gym at the same.
They also wanted to charge me for late checkout.
