Staff has a lot to catch up on service!

We had pre-booked a baby-cot, and it was promised to be in our room at check in. It was not, and we had to ask twice before it arrived.
The music during sunday breakfast was far to loud, and the staff said it was impossible to reduce.
The waiting staff behaved like grumpy teenagers.
Room service came disturbing us all the time, but we did not get the only thong we needed from them, the baby cot.
The location and decoration is perfect if you like contemporary design, but really I expect a higher quality in staff and service for this a hotel in this range.
