We were so excited to stay here, but when we got here this hotel didn't really look like the pictures on their website. For $213 a night this place was a freaking joke. It was very dirty, old carpet was coming up in places, mold and mildew around the window, the mattresses were so old and uncomfortable and stained!
Room service was down right bad! Housekeeping came in our room picked up our dirty towels and left. There was no changing of the bedding, no clean towels were left, no garbage was taken out, and when I called the hotel desk for some clean towels to be brought up to our room it took about a half hour to get them then the guy who brought them stood there like I was supposed to tip him! Tip him for what? This was the worst experience in a hotel that I have ever had! What did you do to this hotel? Give it a face lift on the outside and forget about the inside? Don't stay here! You can find a nicer hotel for a lot less than $213 a night!
