Poor customer service
The customer service at this hotel is poor. I requested airport pickup. They entered the data incorrectly in their pickup book, hence it was necessary to take a taxi from the airport. On checkout day they slid the bill into the door frame instead of ender the door, waking me up at 4AM. I had requested a ride to the airport upon departure. They were not ready at the appointed time.
