Great location, about five hundred yards from the main entrance to Table Rock State Park, which is a popular launch site for SCUBA Spaorts, Branson's best dive operation. The State Park also has their own dive operation, and that is pretty good too.
The Inn is pretty old, pretty small, but it certainly wasn't crowded when I was there. Each room has a patio with a privacy fence and a grill, with a walkway to the pool. You can swim all you want, whenever you want and when they turn the lights off, just be quiet. The rooms are plenty big enough for all your dive gear and you can park right outside your door.
The rooms are definately in need up an update however, new carpet, wall coverings, etc. Good deal for 34 bucks.
