Rudest service EVER!
I come here 2x per year for a seminar that is held in the hotel - in October I reserved the same room (which many participants do) for the following April; upon check-in CRYSTAL, the absolute rudest front desk clerk I've ever encountered, refused to honor my room request. She seemed very happy to tell me that the only room available was a room by the trash and laundry - a room that hasn't been used in ages. Dusty, the door is broken and I literally got locked in, there were no hangers in the closets. The room I could forgive, but the rudeness of this Crystal, especially compared to the other employees such as Chelsea was just unbearable, my friend who checked in with me couldn't believe the way I was treated. I've been having some severe health problems and have lost a lot of weight - we thought that maybe because Crystal is fat, she decided to be cruel to me because I've become so skinny. Anyone who enjoys being cruel should not be employed in a customer service position. Crystal should be required to seek help or be fired. I will never stay at a red lion hotel again under any circumstance after being treated with such cruelty.
