Worst customer service ever!!

This hotel has no idea what customer service is, I met one fairly nice front desk person and that was it. From the minute I walked into the place, it was quite obvious customer service was not the priority. Check in was a hour long process, we then settle into our room, and the tv isn't working, finally it starts to work a half hour later and then maintenance walks in and proceeds to turn around and walk out stating it this happens again we will replace the tv, no big deal. At 10:30pm that night the tv goes out again, my children come down stairs to tell the front desk (I was at dinner in the hotel) the staff proceeds to get mad at my children and to tell me they will move us to another floor, we need to pack it up and move, I was not happy with this situation so they decided we could stay on the same floor but had to move rooms, because this was easier then doing what the maintenance man said and just exchanging tv's, the whole time the staff was incredibly rude, and very impatient. We move to our new room to find it chilly, so I turn the heat on and proceed to get my children settled and return down stairs to my now very cold meal. Once done I return to my room settle in for the night and go to sleep. I awake at 5am so cold I can hardly move, I look at my 8yr old and her lips are almost blue. I bring this to the manager's attention and this is when I truly experienced the worst customer service I have ever had, she basically told me it was my fault for all the troubles I have had while staying there for not making them aware..because I run the electronics part of this hotel and I also must conduct the maintenance on the heating system as well, and through all of this again the attitude was very negative. To the Citadel I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know ever stays at your hotel again, this was supposed to be a nice night away for me and my children, and you managed to make it the most stressful time I have ever had! Thanks again for making me proud of the service I offer to my customers because I would never make a person feel the way you made my family feel while staying with you!
