We requested a non-smoking room at the Island Inn. Instead, we stepped into a room REEKING of smoke. When I asked to change rooms, I was told rudely that there were no other rooms available and was never offered any discount. We stayed out of the room as much as possible, because it smelled so bad, and used several cans of Lysol to try to get rid of the odor. Some of the furniture was broken, so we had to keep our kids away from it, and the music from the nightclub kept us awake every night. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
