Hotel Hilton is getting old. Equipment, bathroom it looks like old age allready. I do not think that I will recomend your hotel for that money.
We made bookin on 15 April 2007. reason - to celbrate ours birthdays. On the day of booking we were quite cold welcome. We hade to ask if the breakfast is included (we knw it was). Answer was - not. We had to then present again our paper that we are right and hat we should get breakfast. Again not very polite answer with note OK I put you in. Guest room 619 Dusan and Terezia Sajdak was out room on 6 floor. One tea spoon, two clean cups with dirt inside were ready for us which was solved through room service, hovewer late in night we dicovered that only 3 pillows are available. Very soft bed could not pleased us and night was not very nice. In the morinig at the breakfast we were not served. We have to aske for coffe, then I was only served and has to call again wiht question if my wife can get coffee as well. Waiter not even served to my wife coffe , but took butter from our table without our permission. Enough was enough, we talked with breakfast manager but we did know if she forward our comments/complaints. It si shame that such holtel wiht such name has such reputation. I am visitin regurlalry hotel Richmond in Adelaide and I can not compare thier sevice to service in Hotel Hilton. My next booking is again in hole Richmond on 3 to 5 May 2007 and I can say I am loooking forward.
