Poor customer service. Dirty towels in towel racks at check in.
When informed there was no response to correct the problem. 2 x 4
boards under the box spring mattress. Beds are in TERRIBLE shape.
Also requested a no smoking room approx 4 weeks before arrival. When we arrived we were give a smoking room and were told that all
the non smoking rooms must have been taken when the reservation was made. Desk clerk said "the room shouldn't smell TOO bad", no other rooms are available, maybe we can get one tomorrow. We checked out at 7am the next day instead of staying the weekend as planned. Hotel was noisey all night, cars & 4 wheelers doing circles in the parking lot. Air conditioning didn't work...the room
was stuffy and YES, it did smell. We won't go back there.
