Not interested in renting rooms
Called 4 times to get a room reservation and COULDN'T DO IT. Their phone lines had something wrong and I couldn't hear the reservationists 3 times. The 4th time I called and told the operator about the problem, who transfered me to the front desk, who wouldn't make a reservation for me nor would she let me speak with the manager to let that person know there was a problem. Apparently, the manager was "in a meeting." It seems to be more important for meeting seats to be filled than to actually ensure this hotel is able to rent rooms to customers who want them.
The final resolution, for them anyway, was to tell me to make online reservations. I am unable to give a good review, as I was unable in 4 phonecalls, to obtain the services from this hotel for which they are supposed to be in business: renting a room. Unbelievable.
