First Class Resort ! !

Beautiful Resort! The service from the time you pull up to the vallet parking until the time you check out was wonderful. Staff was very freindly and helpful. They told us the best places to visit, eat (although the best food we had was right there at the hotel) & shop and all were excellent. When we checked in we were scheduled to stay in a garden view room so i asked if we could upgrade to a pool view or maybe even an ocean view room. The lady said they usually charge the difference but said they would do it for nothing. When we got to our room we were shocked. We had an ocean view & a pool view. The pictures in the travel magazines and web sites of this resort are nothing compared to what its like when you get there. They have a huge pool with many waterfalls around it and the landscaping is spectacular. The shuttle service was great also, whenever we needed to go somewhere they were ready right now. We didn't have to wait one time. We can't imagine anyone having a bad experience in this place. My wife and i won't stay anywhere else when we go back next time. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good time and be treated well. Thanks Again ! ! !
