Do not go to this hotel- Believe me!!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We had to switch rooms three times because of different issues. The worst issue being that me and my fiancee got bed bug bites all over our bodies and were miserable all week long because of it. Furthermore, the people travelling with us had a door with a broken lock so that it wouldn't close. Then to make matters worse, I made the mistake of buying a painting from the gallery inside the hotel. The woman owner charged my card more than I agreed to and I had to make her take the extra money off the purchase. Then three weeks later, I still had not recieved my painting and they would not return any of my phone calls. Finally, I left a message saying that I was going to take legal action and they called me back within the hour. They made excuses that were so outrageous that I actually started to laugh. The male owner told me that UPS ran out of packing materials for three weeks and that my painting was sitting in the UPS store. Then, a different employer told me that my paiting was sitting in the store and had not moved since I had purchased it. Finally, they shipped it and I made them promise to refund me at least 100 dollars of my purchase. They never did. As I write this I am filing a claim with my bank for my money. Whatever you do, do not stay in this hotel. The hassles, bites and bad customer service are not worth it!!!
