During our one night stay we had an issue arise with the management staff in which they entered our room and removed our personal property form the room. The following day we did receive our property back and tried to inform the management that we were a little distraught with the way things were handled. The owner had no problem of getting very irate, yelling to my face about how horrible of a guest I had been, in front of many other guests eating breakfast. I found this personally offensive and entirely out of line for someone in his position. In addition, the room had a very bad pet oder in the carpets and the bed mattresses needed to be replaced.
