We went the last week of Jan. It must be the off season because it was not crowded. The weather was in the 80s and there were no bugs! The hotel was always clean and the grounds were beautiful. The location was in the center of the bay with cabanas and palm trees on the water. You can rent anything right on the beach in front of the hotel. Don't bother shopping in the flea markets, they come to you on the beach. Certain drinks were not included with the all-inclusie package but the waiters let you know so there were no suprises later. We parasailed, snorkled, swam with dolphins and saw the cliff divers. There is enough to do in Acapulco besides the night life, which is right across the street. There is a very cool resturant right on the beach, but we were not impressed with the food. The bartenders at the swim up bar made the best drinks and we enjoyed the adult pool as well. I would go back again and again.
