MGM charged me for someone else's room
I made reservations for my family and was told that the deposit would be refunded when guests checked in. I was NOT refunded and in one instance they charged both my credit card and the guest for the entire stay.
They also agreed to clean a shirt for free after their faulty iron left a mark, but then they charged for the cleaning but never returned the shirt.
I spent over an hour on the phone trying to fix the situation and they were rude and unhelpful.
