this place sucks!

i have to say this place has horrible managment! Have been here many times befor and always, i have had the nicest stay, from the time i walked in the door till i left i was always welcomed with a smile. Never have i had to ask for room service as it was always given. well lets just say that this time around will be my last, i've been to many places and never was i treated the way i had been here.
The "man" in the office charged me for a room that i had stayed in befor twice what i have ever payed prior to this and when i said something he jumped down my throat and told me also that room service was not included any more. if i hadn't been so tired i would have left and gone down to best western, would have been cheaper, i know cause thats what i did very next morning and i would recomend everyone else do the same!
