Dirty, and credit card #s unsafe

Made reservations. We arrived at midnight to friendly staff who put us in a room with stained comforter, dirty floor, and small bed. Were graciously given a different room with bigger bed, however shower had no hot water. Was told, "just let it run for about 20 minutes. Those rooms are so far away from the heater that it takes a while to get hot water." Bathroom had pieces of hair stuck to various places on the wall. At 7 am the next morning we were awoken by loud spanish music, lots of laughing and carrying on that didn't quit. It turns out the room shared a wall with the maid/laundry facilities where about 10 people meet, along with their young children, first thing in the morning to play music, have breakfast, and enjoy themselves at the expense of the guests who are trying to sleep.
Additionally, reservations are hung around the front desk in such a way that credit card numbers and expiration dates are facing incoming guests. I took a photo. Perhaps I have your credit card data now?
