We lost sleep four of the six nights due to constant lobby noise. Complaints were ignored. We could not get fresh glasses (plastic)after evening usage. We had no stands for our two small luggage bags. The only plus is that we were in Paris - my favorate city. One night clerk (Sam) was very helpful for airport service. Avoid this place if you want a restful night's sleep, but do go to Paris.
