Sleeping where the old communist bosses slept. The best the former Soviet Union had to offer. Excellent buffet breakfast included. High level of service. Nice onsite bar. Good location in relationship to excellent restaurants and discos. Visiting friends are not a problem.
Exercise facilities are in another building, which a problem.
