The hotel is clean and right off the highway. The desk clerks were okay but the manager was not customer focused or friendly. 2 service issues came up during my stay and neither were addressed properly. When I asked her to properly address it, she was loud, and rude. I even saw another customer where she was confronting him. I have been to many hotels, and this is the worst management in the world. My company was spending a lot of money here before, and now we have plenty of other options. WICHITA INN EAST IS NOT A CUSTOMER ORIENTED HOTEL.
