The hotel is great for its price but we had a terrible experience with the staffs serving breakfast at their VIP room(dont know if its the right term). My sister who is a Gold card holder for Marriot hotels booked us a 3 rooms - for her family, for my family and for our parents...the problem was on the next day on the hotel, my parents went ahead for breakfast with my sister...according to my sister the staffs approach my parents and asked question while the "manager look alike" never left my father side while he is queing at the buffet table (and it happened that my father is having a good appetite)...it feels like they are suspicious whether my parents are really staying in the hotel or is it really in the VIP? My sister felt offended on the action but didnt say anything ...on the next day I went ahead at the breakfast room and my parents followed. Immediately, they approached them throwing the same question in which they never do to me or to anybody who arrived before them...that is the time I said it is too much! I approach them and told them that my parents are not comfortable and was offended by their action..that is the time where they seems to be awaken....pity that we are experiencing this to our own home country. Why do people have to judge us on how we dressed up and with the texture of our skin? huh! Dont they know that those 2 people was treated to stay in the hotel for the wonderful job they have done with their children? I just hope that next time...the staffs will be a little bit careful to hurt somebody's feeling especially for the true poor people who seldom go to those kind of place....so basically the hotel itself is highly reommended but just make sure to avoid those staffs mentioned above!
