Not all rooms are equal at this hotel. Stayed for 7 nights in '09 and 2 in Aug of '12. booked harbour view eneded up with a view of their parking lot!
Don't allow them to rip you off given how much you are spending on your vacation. Ask to see the room BEFORE you check in or avoid the worry and hassle and book elsewhere.
