Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, JR Suidobashi station, Tokyo Metro Korakuen station, the amusement park, spas, and the Tokyo Dome. Its location is great. The shuttle (about $30) to/from Narita Airport runs every day. I take my son once a year to see his grandparents. Every year he wants to go back to this hotel. We have fun staying this hotel.
