Generally not very well maintained. Upon check in, could see that the cup in the toilet was not cleaned properly. Food at Restaurant called Ishwara was no good - steak was really bad quality for the price that you pay, you could get better ones in Singapore or KL at lower cost. Chef shouted in disgust when we asked for the steak to be made more well done twice, he was so loud that we could hear him though he was in the kitchen. Staff in restaurant lack initiative and wanted to seat us at the outdoor area every time we went there for meals. Japanese restaurant's menu was really hard to read as the text was so small. There was not much options besides eating at the hotel as it was so far from everywhere else.
Only the concessionnaire-run spa call Mardana was well run. Professional, pleasant reception and great service.
Went there twice and won't go back there again. Thought the 2nd time would be better, but was disappointed.
