Let me start with a positive; the view is spectacular from the rooms that face the cove. That said if you'd like to be guaranteed indoor plumbing you might want to consider staying elsewhere.
My wife and I woke up Sunday morning to a plugged toilet and I Immediately called the front desk and was told that someone would be right up. It took 2+ hours to be repaired which meant we had to use the semi-public bathrooms on the 4th floor (we were on the 2nd). When I requested an adjustment to the bill I was told that they didn't feel we had been inconvenienced enough???
By the way, I found out later that at least one other room on the 2nd floor had the same problem so it's probably NOT an isolated incident.
