Feel Robbed big time
WiFi? Get in your PJs and go to lobby per front desk - one adviser on each shift gave this advice. Guess Hilton only wants computer illiterates. We had great WiFi in Antigua, Guatemala in hotel built from ancient ruins! We accidentally checked off "Accessible" not knowing it meant handicapped. Very uncomfortable if a not handicapped person. Was told by day shift to go to our affair and we would have regular king room when we returned from concert. Night desk mgr, when we returned, went into the act of "that shift could not have promised this". End result we paid $500 plus for two nights in a room that we reserved at least one month earlier whose only comfort was the king bed and should have slept at a Motel 8 for better accommodations. Next time Holiday Inn, they clean coffee pots between guests for one thing. Next review will address how shabby handicapped folks are accommodated.
