Overall, the place was great. My only complaint is that the cd player is very very small and cheap but you can just put cd's in the dvd player if you want music. I only saw one worker the whole time I was there and that was the front desk lady. The heater/air conditioning really came in handy and the bed was really comfortable. We had a private balcony overlooking the bay and got to see a mother otter floating on her back with her baby on her stomach. Nice hotel, stay here if you can't decide on a hotel.
