Had a few issues with reservations and staff was initially helpful in correcting these, however, somwhere in those changes our dates were changed and i lost a day of my reservation, the last one, neither myself nor the agent assisting me from destin pointe noticed this - we were traveling with another family and thier dates were fine.
The day before our departure, we get a call from their office telling us we had to vacate, Housekeeping was at our door - i explained that we were scheduled to leave the next day - we had traveled together with another family - but even though they apologized, they said there was nothing they could do- each unit is owned individually and in order to move us to another unit we would have to pay cleaning fees, reservation fees, about 384. for 12 hours! We lost our Jet Ski reservation that morning, scrambled to throw all our food away, threw our stuff together and vacated - our whole week went down the drain in a matter of hours. they went on to tell me that the guest checking in that day was an "owner Guest" so their hands were absolutely tied - we were disgusted! i even sent a follow up email to the representative but she never answered me, i guess she figured she was sone with us once we vacated.
Not impressed by the customer service and most of the young kids around the pool area were smoking and drinking, wasn't great for my 17 month old!
