We had reserved and confirmed tickets for the Fantasy show ahead of time. When we arrived at the box office to collect the tickets and see the show, the agent told us there was a mistake and that we would be getting different, lesser quality seats further back in the auditorium, but would still be charged the more expensive price. There was no apology or effort to provide any basic customer service, if we didn't like the deal we could simply get a refund. We were really disappointed with the total lack of customer service, we asked to speak with a manager and they refused to come out, the agent simply went running back and forth with messages. A refund is ok, but when you're only in Vegas for a night or two, this simply blows your plans for the evening.
