located accross from beach and great price for location, clean rooms and very nice staff with alot of info. close to south beach parties and sister property accross the street has beach, restaurants, great tiki bar and free to use everything. Stayed during spring break and pool was full of fun people and when i went to deauville accross the street it was even more party!!
