I recently visited FDR Pebbles with my 13 year old daughter. The accomodations were clean, cozy, and unlike a motel atmosphere. There are several building throughout the various trails with beautiful greenery. All of the employees were genuinely kind and attentive. The frig in your room is stocked with fruit, cheese, drinks, or whatever you need daily or as often as you want. The food was absolutely delicious, and very plentiful.
The pool is great with a nice waterslide and swim up bar, which also serves as a food counter if you want a burger, ice cream, fries or whatever between meals. The entertainment is great! Yes, occasionally there is music playing fairly late, but it did not bother me, for after all, this is Jamaica! Truly a family atmosphere! We did not have a nanny because of my daughter's age, but I observed the wonderful interaction of the nannies with the children.
Colin is absolutely the best if you want to go snorkeling, sailing, or just hangout at the beach. I hated to leave and just can't wait to go back!!
