Hats off to the staff!!!
Two front desk clerks, Andrea and Kristine (if I spelled it correctly, were very accommodating from the moment I inquired about the availability of a room until I checked out.
Being from outside the Philippines, I needed people to assist me in coordinating my appointments and the flow of messages. They were just superb.
There were some restaurant staff who were equally accommodating. However, I noticed one bartender who shunned my presence as I was the only non-American looking individual at the time. Little did he realize that I was the coordinator of the meeting. (The management will just have to work on that.)
The Bellpersons and Security staff were also good.
They were always ready to assist.
Aside from, perhaps, a little more cleaning and sprucing up, and keeping the hot water flowing, dollar-for-dollar Rembrandt is good.
Please take it from me. I am a retired hotel executive and I now teach Hotel and Restaurant Management in Hawaii, Guam and the neighboring islands.
