Wonderful welcome on check-in, helpful friendly staff who tried to correct things. We were sent upstasirs after a 30 minute wait to a room that was supposedly ready. What a shock - unmade beds, dirty bathroom . . . another wait for another room!
In the 6 days we were there, two days the room was semi-serviced - bathroom left undone, no towels, no supplies.
The gym is an example to all other hotels - large, airy, clean with plenty of equipment for the 7 am crowd.
Would I go back? The hotel is tired, in need of reburbishing. They charge for internet access in the rooms. Drinks in the 10th floor executive lounge are expensive, but the free breakfast is very good, healthy and plentiful.
