Somewhat disappointed!

The hotel is lovely: the Sheffield Room is great-staff very friendly. Unfortunately the when coverlet of bed was removed, many long strands of hair made this stay quite unpleasant. Also, my husband's prime rib at the dinner was bland, appeared to be reheated. For over $300.00 for an overnite package this seemed very overpriced for the quality of lodging and food we expected. When complaints were made, $12.00 was removed from our total bill. Would we return? Doubt it.
