In comparison to other similarly rated hotels in Kolding, the Comwell is definitely NOT value for money. When I arrived the hotel was empty and with good reason, I found the receptionists to be unhelpful, even to the point of being rude, however the barstaff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very small, luckily I am not a large man as I would have found it hard to get into the room let alone the bathroom. The beds are single, and a double comprises of two beds pushed together, in other words you wake up in the morning on the floor between the two. How the Comwell can charge a similar rate to the local Radison SAS is beyond me.
