Not what I expected
After arriving at 1 in the morning from a 22 hour flight, whith three heavy bags, there was no bellman at the front door. I had to unload my bags, get a luggage cart, and roll it up the ramp into the lobby. That lack of service set the tone.
The restaurant food quality, while acceptable, was far from what would expect given the prices.
The service in the restaurant is terrible...but normal by Singaporean standards of service.
On the whole, I would have expected much better overall service. You would have thought that it was a Holiday Inn Express.
