Bad experience hidden large costs

The lady charged $150 because flight was delayed even though we gave plenty of notice. We upgraded to a larger room as another friend decided to come from Fl to join us $50 change fee. No internet, phone or pool hard to find. Bad experience. They then claimed an umbrella was broken and bilked my friend for more money- they were wrong.
This was an especially distasteful experience from someone who is easy to please and has never written a really bad review
